Sutuga spent 3 years and 1 month in prison. He was detained on Saturday April 5, 2014 on the way to the metro from the club, where the anti -fascist concert was held. The activist was taken to the police and drew up a protocol under Art. 20.1 Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism). The police said that they were leaving the detainee in the police department until Monday, and on Monday there should be a court for an administrative offense. At the same time, according to Sutuga himself, who delayed his law enforcement officer, he introduced himself as an employee of Petrovka 38. On the way to the Antifacist police department , they asked in detail about his trip to Kiev.
Together with the stem, then another 10 visitors to the concert were detained, who were soon released from the police. One of the anti -fascists said that among the police officers participating in the detention, there was a man in the clothes of the Thor Steinar brand, which is popular with neo -Nazis. This man introduced himself to Sergey and openly declared his ultra -right political views.
“Sergey” incapacitated the detainee to secret cooperation with the Center for Combating Extremism, and in case of refusal of such cooperation, he threatened to publish anti -fascist data in open sources so that neo -Nazis could find him at the address and make physical reprisals over him.
On April 6, Sutugu was brought to the Main Investigation Department of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate in Moscow, where he was charged under part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism in a group of persons). On April 8, Zamoskvoretsky District Court elected a preventive measure in the form of arrest in relation to the activist.
According to investigators, on January 2, 2014, a sutug with several associates attacked a group of nationalists in the Sbarro cafe at the Oktyabrskaya metro station and during a fight inflicted dozens of stools, a chair and even a home -made hammer during a fight. From all these actions, the victims formed several abrasions, which the investigation qualified not as bodily harm, but as just beatings. At the same time, the prosecution was built exclusively on the testimonies of the fighting participants by nationalists.
One of the victims in the case was held by Rustam Mirza - in the past, an anti -fascist who changed his beliefs and by that time communicated with nationalists and Nazis. Among the left and right -wing Mirza, he had a reputation as a person close to the center of counteracting extremism. The trial of the sutu was already the seventh criminal case against the anti -fascists, in which Mirza participated as a witness to the prosecution (twice) and as a victim (four times). He himself at the trial stated that he really passed the victims in such cases, but they did not reach the court.
On September 30, 2014, Sutugu was sentenced to 3 years and 1 month of prison. To serve the sentence, the anti -fascist was transferred to Irkutsk despite the fact that even before the sentence, the Sutuga family sold an Irkutsk apartment and wrote it out from there. The FSIN did not allow the activist in Moscow. In March 2015, already in the Irkutsk pre -trial detention center, Sutuga announced a hunger strike due to the fact that he was not sent from the insulator to the colony for a long time, as well as in connection with the pressure that the institution’s administration provided for it.
Immediately after transferring to the IK-14 of the Federal Penitentiary Service in the Irkutsk region in the city of Angarsk, Sutugu was placed for 7 days in a schizo. Later he received another 15 days of a schizo. The conditions of its content were gradually tightened. From the zone, he was transferred to a chamber -type premises, then to a single camera , then to a strict regime colony. On June 30, 2016, the stoop was returned to IK-14, where he was immediately given a schizo again, not allowing his mother to see, and again tightened the conditions of detention.
According to Olga Nikolaevna, Eshniki had long wanted to put her son. In one of the criminal cases against the anti -fascists, the CPE certificate surfaced, in which the sutug was mentioned as the “leader of the combat wing of Antif”.
In 2012, the activist first ended up in a pre -trial detention center on charges of a fight with the guards of the Air club in December 2011. According to the stoop, then employees of the EC center came to Butirka who promised to “put” the activist, even if he was justified in the case of a fight in the “air”. After sitting in the insulator for about a year, Sutuga went on bail in the summer of 2013. The accusations on one episode related to the air club were eventually completely removed, and the second souven was amnestied in January 2014. A few months later he again ended up in a pre -trial detention center.
