Judge of the Suoyarvsky District Court of Karelia Tatyana Eliseeva fined the former deputy of the City Council of Suoyarvi Vladimir Zavarkin, previously convicted in the case of separatism, 20 thousand rubles for a single picket. The decision made on May 4, then said "7 × 7".
Eliseeva announced the activist guilty under Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (holding a public event without notification).
Picket Zavarkin spent on January 29 near the house 35 on Lenin Street, in which, after a repair carried out in the spring of 2015, the roof began to flow. On the poster of Nakavarkin, an appeal was placed to the district prosecutor Oleg Bolgov: "Prosecutor of the Bulgov! No you - there is no corruption."
According to the former deputy, the protocol for him was issued at the initiative of the mayor of Suoyarvi Roman Petrov. “Petrov describes that we gathered rallies!” Said the activist. “Petrov, the head of Suoyarvi, is in Veshkelitsy himself - this is 50 kilometers (from the city. - Ed.) “ He writes an explanatory note that Nakarkin was there, gathered an audience. The activist himself did not plead guilty. Nevertheless, he paid a fine shortly after the sentence.
