In November 2016, the Katai district court in the Kurgan region recognized the activist Evgeny Chudnovets guilty and sentenced her to 6 months of the colony - for repost in the closed public of VKontakte of a three -second video with a naked child. The court considered this video pornographic. The girl tried in vain to explain to the court that the video was shot in a local pioneer camp, and she herself intended to draw attention to the brutal treatment of children through repost. The strange circumstances of the case and the rigidity of the provincial court attracted the attention of human rights activists and the media. Thanks to the media, it became known about the premises of a Chudnovets in a punishment cell - the girl was hidden in a “loner” because she covered her legs with a blanket. The new newspaper also conducted its investigation. We found out that the 33-year-old public activist had a conflict with the entrepreneurs of the city of Kataysk, who could inspire her criminal prosecution (a Chudvets took off the video in the style of “Revizorro”, in which she inspected Kataysky trade shops, which made a lot of enemies).

In March 2017, after the numerous appeals of human rights activists to the authorities (including the president), the Supreme Court accepted the appeal for consideration and canceled the verdict’s sentence. The abolition of the sentence, the Chudnovets coincided with the justification of the activist Ildar Dadin - this gave a reason to human rights activists to talk about victory, which has not been for a long time.

But being at large, the Chudnovets first thanked for the help of the prosecutor general Yuri Chaika and the head of the TFR Alexander Bastrykin. In her opinion, it was the security forces who played a "key role in liberation."

The girl’s exit to freedom looked strange. For example, from the colony, Evgeny Chudnovets was taken out by car with a miletic - as she explained herself, supposedly not to cause excitement at the colony gates. From journalists, a Chudvets ran away for several days, asked not to pursue her through social networks. And then she flew away with a boyfriend to Moscow on a live broadcast of central television.

Returning after the filming of Channel One to his city, the Chudvets announced that she would protect illegally convicted Russians. After some time, the activist really took part in the defense of four defendants in loud Ural affairs - Marina Popova, Anastasia Troshina, Danil Bezborodov and Lyudmila Kursheva.

The planes of the Miraculous are the creation of a federal human rights center. Together with her fiancé, she announced a project called “Sudec”. On the Sudec website there is already an announcement about the recruitment of employees in the center of the center. In an interview with me, the future human rights activist said that the office of the center will be located in Moscow, but the premises have not yet been found.

- So far I have not collected money yet. In Moscow, everything is expensive for you. I'm looking for, ”said the Chudvets.

- But how are you going to pay for lawyers? I asked.

-Well, somehow on a voluntary basis we will ask them for now. Probably something like that.

The Chudestovets intends to look for money to finance the project in Moscow. But the necessary amount is even approximately called. So far, says a world -man, you have to save on a project from the means that it earns sewing plush toys.

- Well, we sew ten a week ten. From each toy, I put off 200 rubles on the project, ”says a Chudvets. - The rest is for life and flights to Moscow. It seems enough.

According to her, the price of one toy on average is a thousand rubles.

New friends - Kucheren and Pobedchik

A Chudnovets says that after leaving the colony, she spends most of her time in Moscow. In Kataysk, where she lived before the sentence and met her current guy Andrei Myasnikov, the activist decided not to return.

In Yekaterinburg, from where it comes, it is also raids. “Basically, everything is done in Moscow. Here, after all, people live who make decisions, ”says the girl. In the capital, the Chudvets met with lawyer Anatoly Kuchena, made friends with the writer and State Duma deputy Sergei Shargunov and the former press secretary of the “ours” Christina Drumchik. “I am very grateful to her. She trumpeted in all accounts about my case, supported me! And I respect her life position ... Even from public figures, I met with Anton Tsvetkov (the leader of the movement “Officers of Russia” - P.K. ), with Vladimir Mikhalevich. Well, they are close to the security forces, so their opinion was important to me. ”

The Chudvevets sees his main goal with the Prosecutor General of Yuri Chaika and the head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin. “Everything depends on such, it is clear. If I work with them directly, it will be best [for organizing assistance to illegally convicted]. In my case, they worked effectively when they decided to justify me. They themselves figured out that I was incorrectly condemned and decided to fix everything. Therefore, I want to work with them, ”says Evgenia Chudnovets.

“I want to meet with Putin. I want to explain to him that I need to create a new social structure such as my project so that I can help in the release of innocently convicted. And most importantly - I want to tell him that there is no need to plant people for minor crimes, why is this necessary? Only if a serious crime can be planted, and so let it be fixed with fines. ”

“Navalny paid forces from the outside. And how else! "

For two months that passed after the abolition of the sentence, Evgenia Chudnovets managed to speak out (through Facebook and YouTube) on the main topics of the federal news agenda. The activist did not miss a single information occasion. Her first loud statement was addressed to the inspirer of the March anti -corruption rallies to Alexei Navalny: the Chuderovets took part in the rally, but said that she did not trust politics.

In a conversation with me, the girl explained the thought more unfolded: “I do not like his methods. What is he doing? He is envious and evil in people wakes up. Shows how others live so that people envy. That's about Medvedev, it seems to me that someone from the outside of Russia gave all these materials to Navalny. The intelligence of another country gave, well, they paid him, of course! And how else! "

At the same time, the activist says that she would not mind personally discussing the change in the country and in particular in the judicial system. “In fact, [where he has] money is not the main thing. The main thing for me to understand how he sees [future] changes. ”

Evgeny Chudnovets made sharp statements to the head of the Rus Sitting Foundation Olga Romanova. Yekaterinburzhenka accused Romanov in PR on the topic of assistance to prisoners. “Romanova scolds power, thought that I would also do it out of gratitude under her auspices. "God will punish non -constructive opposition"

In mid-April, the Chudestovets spoke in support of the construction of the temple-on-war in Yekaterinburg, around the project of which a violent discussion continues. The project provides for the creation of an artificial island on the city pond and the construction of a church there is 60 meters high there. Representatives of the local diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church, as well as the authorities of the region and the city, actively support construction. At the same time, several rallies took place in Yekaterinburg, at which city activists asked to take into account the opinion of the city’s residents and not to start a construction site.

“People take their anger at the Church. The pond, which no one had needed for FIG before, suddenly became so valuable that every more or less active citizen is ready to break his throat to himself, just to speak out, ”said the Chudelovets.

Perhaps the most unexpected commentary of the world was her accusations against the Yekaterinburg blogger and the “Pokemon catman” Ruslan Sokolovsky. The future human rights activist called the defendant fellow countryman insincere, and his speech is "non -Uzhskaya." The Chudnovets wrote that she was disappointed with Sokolovsky’s fear to be raped in prison for other prisoners if he is convicted for a real term.

“I'll reassure you, Ruslan, now in the camps everything is not the way you are painting your imagination. A lot of supervisory organs wander around the colony and some are looking for stories in order to convey them to Romanova, for example, so that she is to be properly on them, ”the Facebook wrote.

The Chudnovets states that the reason was her refusal to ask for a pardon: “The girls did not understand me. Anyone would take this chance, and I turn such a tossed nose. They did not understand that I refused for the future of the country ... And accusations of cooperation [with the administration] are a lie!
