On May 5, the courts in St. Petersburg began to consider administrative cases against those detained on March 26 and April 29 in an accelerated mode - they refuse all requests to postpone meetings and call witnesses. This was reported to OVD-Info by human rights activist Dinar Idrisov.

According to him, the courts no longer call the police who drew up protocols, as they did before, but simply began a mass run of cases with the imposition of fines. According to the human rights activist, the day before, apparently, there was a meeting of judges, where they received an order to complete the consideration as soon as possible. Idrisov calls on all sympathizers to come to the courts as a support group. Meetings continue even after the end of the working day.
