In the Moscow region, police came to a Left Bloc activist with guns and took him away for a “conversation”

In the village of Proletarsky in the Moscow region, the activist of the "Left Bloc" Alexei Yurchuk was approached by policemen with weapons and taken to the police department. This was reported to OVD-Info by human rights activist Eduard Rudyk.

According to him, the police said: "It's okay, we'll just talk." They did not explain the reason for the detention.

UPD: At Yurchuk's house, an "inspection" was carried out, a tablet and "some boards" were confiscated, Rudyk reports. Police officers talk about damage to the monument to Lenin, in which the activist allegedly may be involved, and also ask about the presence of tires at home.

UPD: according to updated information, Yurchuk was detained at the house, and not in the house, the inspection of the apartment took place with the consent of the detainee. They had a conversation with Yurchuk, which, according to him, was more like an interrogation, they took an explanatory note from him about where he was at the time of the burning of the monument to Lenin. One of the people who spoke to him was an employee of the "E" Center. Yurchuk was also asked to sign a paper stating that he should not commit illegal acts on May 10.
