The young man himself says that he was thrown 200 grams of hexogen and fuses, and the criminal prosecution associates a complaint with a stamp from the FSB and former FSKN during investigative actions in a nightclub.

On the poster of Selin, it was written “Hands away from Evgeny Ryapolov” and “Stop the police lawlessness”. Police officers detained him without explanation and took him to the department, he told Taiga.info.

“I refused explanations under Art. 51 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. It is not yet clear whether they let me go or not, ”said the young man.
