The Kaluga District Court of the Kaluga Region fined student Denis Pushkin 12,000 rubles for filing an anti-corruption rally on March 26. This was reported on May 5 by the 7 × 7 portal. Pushkin was considered the organizer of the "simultaneous mass stay of citizens" (part 1 of article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

In court, the administrator of the rental of children's electric cars on the Theater Square of Kaluga acted as a witness, who stated that those gathered "with sneakers around their necks" interfered with the passage of children, the portal reports from Pushkin's words.

Initially, Pushkin tried to coordinate the rally on Theater Square, but was refused. On the page of the Svobodnaya Kaluga group on the VKontakte social network, it was suggested that they “decided to make Pushkin extreme,” since the police had his passport data.
