May is a wonderful month, when spring is completely in its own rights. Yes, it happens, snow falls, yes, there are still not uncommon. But the trees are covered with foliage, the grass turns green, the sun shines - beauty, in a word.

The month of May begins with a wonderful holiday of spring and labor - the day when people can either go with joyful faces marching for a festive demonstration in the columns of workers, or go to drink all kinds of holiday drinks to the country. Beautiful spring holiday! Well, a week later - Victory Day, a completely different holiday - both joyful and sad. With whom you, dear colleagues, congratulations with you! But here is the question that I ask: in our time there is something at least to a small extent reminiscent of the significance of what our fathers and grandfathers donated their lives? And, raising a glass of vodka, I answer: if in our time something matters, then these are the May decrees of our dear and beloved president.

Yes, it was these decrees signed by Vladimir Vladimirovich on the day of the inauguration that destined the future of our country that determined its radiant prospects. This, without exaggeration, the era in the development of the country! Since the signing of these decrees, all state structures of our Motherland began to work for their implementation. More recently, the government once again reported on the implementation of decrees. Yes, comrades, not everything is still smooth for us: in some places there is an extinction, and somewhere-even the underput of individual instructions of the president. But in general, the May decrees are performed well - more than 90% of the president’s instructions were fulfilled.

That is why my life plays with new colors: you understand, for example, that soon you will work not, but in the old fashioned way, but in accordance with the professional standard approved in a special way. Of course, my joy somewhat spoils that it is for scientists that the professional standard has not yet been developed, our qualifications and labor functions have not been identified-in general, we, scientists, still have to poke out blindly, performing our professional duties.

But, in general, the main thing in the May decrees is not pieces of paper, the main thing is the concern for us, ordinary people, state employees. You give doctors, teachers and researchers a salary of 200% of the average agency salaries! Here is their quintessence.

Yes, in 2012, when the economy grew up and the country developed unestvusted, it seemed that it would be easy to fulfill the May decrees, but after the coup in Ukraine and the geopolitical cataclysms that followed it, when our country was in the ring of enemies and friends from Turkey, the implementation of some regulations of decrees became the task of titanically difficult.

Yes, now our country has to spend more and more defense, power structures, equip Crimea, help the DPR, LPR and Syria, yes, no one canceled the World Cup. And how to carry out decrees without financing? But think, colleagues, did our fathers and grandfathers always have plenty of weapons, ammunition and equipment? Of course, no, and they had to fight in the difficult conditions that were. So we must follow the decrees in existing conditions.

Therefore, I absolutely do not understand our colleagues from some academic institutions who begin to make noise and scandalize because for the sake of fulfilling the May decrees they are transferred to somewhere by 0.5, somewhere at 0.25, and somewhere even to 0.2 rates. Like, disgrace, deception, absurdity and mockery! Like, there is nothing to carry out presidential decrees if there is no money to fulfill it.

I am surprised at you, colleagues! You are apolitically reasoning. Do you think that if there was money, you would not be allocated? But there is no money, as you know, and the president of the Russian Federation issued decrees. So, blood from the nose - you need to perform them. And I personally, if for this it is necessary to switch to 0.05 rates, even without any compensatory supplement, I will go without hesitation. What I wish you.
