The Tver District Court of Moscow arrested for seven days a member of the political council of the Russian United Labor Front, Secretary of the Russian Communist Workers Party (RKRP-CSS) Alexander Batov (Mironov) for the distribution of leaflets to the Immortal Regiment in Moscow. This was written on his Facebook by musician Oleg Mokryakov.

The court found Batov guilty under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the legal requirement of a police officer). According to Mokryakov, the police also tried to impose Batov Article 20.2 (violation of the established procedure for conducting a rally), proposing to sign paper about the consent of the offense, which the activist refused to do. In addition, we can talk about the criminal prosecution of the activist for the leaflet itself: Batov wrote on his FB page that the prosecutor’s office was checking her content.

As reported by the OVD-Info, Batov and another activist of the Roman Roman Osin was detained to the Immortal Regiment’s shares on the eve, after which they were taken to different police department: Tver and Beregovaya. Aspen was later released without drawing up a protocol.

In the leaflets of the Rot Front, entitled "this is not their victory," it was said: "The current owners of Russia share the values of those who were then on the other side of the front. They are pretended to be patriots, but this is not their victory." The compilers of leaflets urge to join the organization in order to "go up to the Soviet and socialist homeland."

On October 11 of last year, activists of the Revolutionary Communist Union of Youth (RKSM), the chairman of which is Batov, were hung on the gate in front of the Gulag Museum of History in Moscow with the mask of writer Alexander Solzhenitsyn . The director of the museum Roman Romanov called the action "blasphemy and obscurantism" and announced his intention to contact the police. In turn, Batov promised to continue such actions in order to fight the "lies and slander" about the Soviet period of history.
