
Profile departments - the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Energy - agreed on the draft government order to seize 100% of the dividends of state -owned companies from Rosneftegaz. This was reported by Vedomosti with reference to employees of departments.
According to the interlocutors of the publication, the document is waiting for consideration in the government and the presidential administration.
Rosneftegaz owns 50% plus 1 Rosneft, 10.97% Gazprom and 26.36% of Inter RAO. According to the newspaper, in 2017, Rosneftegaz may receive 99.3 billion rubles from its companies. From Gazprom, the company can receive 52.3 billion rubles, from Rosneft - 31.7 billion rubles, from Inter RAO - 15.3 billion rubles.
These dividends will take into account Rosneftegaz in the profit of 2017, from which he will pay dividends next year.
According to the interlocutor of the publication, if the government decides to completely withdraw all dividends, it will be possible to decide on the payment of intermediate dividends.
The publication notes that this year the government persistently seeks dividends from state -owned companies. In 2016, the bar for payments increased to 50% of net profit, but some companies, including Gazprom, were paid less.
This year, the government requires half the profit from all except Rosneft.
The representative of the First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov did not answer the question about this situation. The Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Energy refused to comment.
Press Secretary Dmitry Medvedev will comment on the issue only after signing the document.
The level of dividends for state -owned companies was raised in 2016: in 2015, the companies were supposed to send at least 50% of profit to dividends. Medvedev explained that in this way the budget would receive an additional 100 billion rubles. Prior to this, state -owned companies were supposed to pay 25% of net profit.
