
The Federal Antimonopoly Service received a request for the acquisition of 65.43% of RBC shares, the representative of the department told RNS.
The petition was submitted on April 28, he was accepted for consideration. It is not specified who submitted the application. Closed to one of the parties to the transaction, the sources of Republic reported that the petition was filed by the owner of the ESN group Grigory Berezkin.
In mid -April, Grigory Berezkin confirmed plans to buy a media holding. He clarified that the transaction could be concluded within two weeks.
The resumption of the ONEXIM group Mikhail Prokhorov negotiations regarding the sale of RBC sources of RNS reported on April 11. As Vedomosti wrote, Prokhorov and Berezkin fundamentally agreed on a deal.
