The blogger was sentenced to 3.5 years. How not to repeat his fate?

The Yekaterinburg blogger Ruslan Sokolovsky today was sentenced to three and a half years of conditional imprisonment. The law enforcement agencies paid attention to Sokolovsky after he published a video where he catches Pokemon in the church in Yekaterinburg. The reason for the trial, however, was not only this fact.

Sokolovsky was found guilty of three articles: arousal of hatred (part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code), violation of the rights to freedom of religion (Article 148) and the illegal circulation of special technical means (Article 138.1). The prosecution was based on examinations, which were carried out according to videos published on YouTube. In total, including video with Pokemon in the church, investigators analyzed nine videos.
