The Central District Court of Tver found Andrei Prokudin and Artur Bavrin guilty of violating the established procedure for organizing a rally on March 26 (part 1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). They were fined 10,000 rubles each, writes . the Athanasius-Business portal
Barvin and Prokudin were detained on March 28. They were taken to court, but later released, as it was decided to postpone the hearings.
The rally was coordinated and formally dedicated to environmental issues, but the police were not satisfied that the slogans on the posters of the participants related to corruption (including the slogan "There is corruption - there is no ecology"). This was the reason for the institution of cases against the organizers.
