The Moscow City Court recognized the decision in the administrative case of Alexei Navalny for the March 26 rally in Moscow as justified. It is reported by TASS with reference to the court.
On March 26, the politician was detained during an uncoordinated anti-corruption action "Antidimon". March 27 Tverskoy District Court under Art. 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (organization of the simultaneous mass stay of people in a public place) fined Navalny 20 thousand rubles, and under Art. 19.3 gave him an administrative arrest for a period of 15 days.
On March 26, police detained 1,043 people in Moscow.
