In Vladivostok, authorities tried to prevent the opening of Navalny's headquarters

In Vladivostok, the power structures tried in every possible way to prevent the opening of the election headquarters of Alexei Navalny. This was reported on the website "VL.RU".

On May 15, Chikhunov drove Konstantin Yekimov, head of the security service of Navalny's headquarters, in his car from the airport - he always arrives the day before the opening of the headquarters to inspect the premises and ensure security. Also with them were the regional deputy Artem Samsonov and the deputy of the Vladivostok City Duma Yuri Kuchin. The car was stopped by the traffic police, who checked the car for any minor violations for a long time, and then said that they would evacuate the car, because the plate with the body and engine numbers was allegedly re-glued. The police officers were prevented from carrying out this intention by Samsonov and Kuchin, who simply refused to leave the car in connection with the unlawful, in their opinion, actions of law enforcement officers.

The head of Navalny's federal campaign headquarters, Leonid Volkov, wrote on his Facebook that the organizers of the headquarters in Vladivostok, among other things, faced the problem of finding premises for him:

8 (eight!) - so many premises for the opening have failed us over the past three weeks according to the same scheme: they found a hall - agreed - concluded an agreement - paid the money - the security forces arrived - pressed - returned the money - refused. We now have three more options, the main one and two spare ones, the distribution by the volunteer will leave only at 14.00 local time (the opening will take place at 18.30), so that one of the options will last these few hours

Two FSB officers came to the room where Volkov's meeting with the volunteers was supposed to take place and demanded that the room be closed and de-energized. A few hours before the start of the event, messages were sent to volunteers with the wrong meeting address.

Volkov himself was stopped three times by a traffic police officer on his way from the airport to the cities - allegedly, something was wrong with his passport.

Another local opposition politician, Vladivostok City Duma deputy Yuri Kuchin, whose assistant is Zubarev, was also tried to be detained outside the building of the Primorsky Regional Court today. The cops were distracted by Kuchin's supporters and he simply left before being apprehended.

According to VL.RU, on May 13, an unknown person came to Sofya Krivtsova, who introduced himself as Chikhunov's acquaintances - he said that Chikhunov "is bad", he is under constant surveillance, so he cannot get in touch. Allegedly, Chihunov asked this person to come to Krivtsova and take away the campaign materials that she had left - 33 kilograms of banners, posters, badges and leaflets. Later it turned out that Chihunov did not ask anyone about this and it is not clear who took all the propaganda and where it is now.

Deputy Krivtsova Dmitry Zubarev was detained on May 5 early in the morning. FSB and police officers came to his house and tried to break down the door with a winch. The police put Zubarev and his elderly parents on the floor, where they remained for the entire two hours of the search. At the same time, one of the submachine gunners involved in the event hit Father Zubarev hard. Electronic media were confiscated, the activist was taken to the police department, and a protocol of an administrative offense was presented under Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the lawful order of a police officer) for the rally on March 26, at which the activist was detained and eventually arrested for 15 days.
