Navalny himself would hardly have managed to advertise the opening of his election headquarters in Vladivostok so brilliantly, as local security forces did on May 15.

Law enforcement officers were excited a few days before the head of the headquarters of Navalny Leonid Volkov arrived in Vladivostok. On May 5, he received 15 days for the “police resistance” of the Primorsky headquarters of the Primorsky headquarters Dmitry Zubarev. The day before, Leonid Volkov opened the headquarters in Khabarovsk and Komsomolsk-on-Amur without any problems. This suggests that the Vladivostok hysteria is local initiative. Perhaps the point is in the fragile positions of the Primorsky Governor of Miklushevsky, trying after a series of arrests in his environment to prove his loyalty to the center. Or it is a matter of old accounts: Navalny has repeatedly called Miklushevsky a "crook". In his field of view, the governor (previously - the Rector of the FEFU and the deputy head of the Ministry of Education and Science) hit about five years ago in connection with fraud around the Electronic University system.

“Trash” continued: to open the headquarters, they found a premises, and then the activists returned the money and refused to rent - and so eight times. On the way from the airport, the car in which Volkov was driving, slowed down several times. On the station square, where the meeting was outlined, auto -zaks and riot police were immediately lined up. All this is the city’s throwing, reminiscent of the “interception” plan or the game “Zarnitsa”, ended with the symbolic discovery of Navalny’s headquarters on Ocean Avenue. Symbolic - because the doors could not be opened: the owners urgently changed the lock. I had to talk on the street - at the statue of Buddha. Volkov promised to come again with Navalny, admitting that it would be difficult. “Let's swim in a submarine from Japan,” he joked.
