The Leninsky District Court of Samara terminated the proceedings in the cases of the organizers of the March 26 action, Ekaterina Gerasimova and Yegor Alasheyev. Kommersant-Samara reports this.

The publication, referring to Alasheyev, writes that the Leninsky court was based on the fact that the Samara Regional Court had previously overturned its decisions on fines issued against the participants of the March 26 action, Alexander Savin and David Akopdzhanyan. The regional court also declared the mayor's refusal to approve the action illegal .

In Samara on March 26, 23 people were detained.

In St. Petersburg, the Smolninsky District Court on May 15 also terminated the proceedings in the case of two participants in the anti-corruption action - Fyodor Puriga and Konstantin Pokhilchuk, reports Fontanka. Ru."

The case of V. Surkov, who was detained in Naberezhnye Chelny on March 26, was also discontinued : the city court recognized that there was no evidence of Surkov’s participation in the anti-corruption campaign. Surkov claimed that he was simply near Azatlyk Square, where the protest took place, and was meeting a friend near the Palitra shopping center.

But the Oktyabrsky District Court of Vladimir fined Alexey Efremov five thousand, finding that he had violated the procedure for organizing the event on March 26, Rosbalt reports .

In Rostov-on-Don, the Proletarsky District Court fined Elena Kulikova, an activist from Alexei Navalny’s headquarters, 15 thousand, the online publication Bloknot reports . The protocol against her under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses was drawn up a month after the action on March 26.
