According to the law, a notification of the public event is submitted to the executive body no earlier than 15 and no later than 10 days before the day of the event. Under normal conditions, it is very difficult to get approval from the city hall, especially if the topic is painful for her (and “renovation” is one of the most sensitive topics today), but suddenly officials do not just go towards, but even ahead of the deadline set by law. Why did this happen?
