The football association of England (FA) made a statement regarding the introduction of more stringent sanctions for simulating clashes and injuries on the field.

According to the press service of the Association , a new item is introduced from the next season into the players' punishments - “Successful deception of the official of the match”, which allows you to punish those guilty of disqualification for two matches.

Cases of simulation in key episodes of the match - entailed a penalty or removal of an opponent player - will be considered by a special commission from a former judge, a former coach and former football player.

Based on the existing videos of the incident, they will have to make a verdict about the guilt or innocence of the player independently. The punishment will be issued only if the football player is found unanimously guilty.

For confirmed cases of simulation, the culprit of the post -fact will receive a two -match disqualification. And his victims, remote from the field as a result of fraudulent actions, will be able to appeal the received cards.

The new rule was approved by the FA Council on May 18 after consultations with interested parties over the past few months and will enter into force from the beginning of the 2017-2018 season. It will spread not only to the Premier League, but also to all tournaments held under the auspices of FA.
