A resident of Lithuania, convicted of sexual violence, wounded his daughter and her roommate from the gun, set fire to their house and shot himself

Bloody drama played on the night of May 18 in the village of Karmelav under the city of Kaunas in Lithuania. The 57-year-old man entered the house of his 32-year-old daughter and shot her and her 34-year-old roommate from a pistol, and then set fire to their house and committed suicide, reports Delfi .

At about one in the morning, rescuers received a message about a fire in a house inside which people can be. When the police arrived at the place, a call for help was heard from the second floor of the house. The police officer knocked out the window, climbed into the house, saw a woman on the ground floor, carried her out into the street and provided her first aid. Her roommate himself jumped out of the window of the second floor.

A woman with a gunshot wound in the chest area and her partner with a wound in her hand was hospitalized. According to the headman of the village of Violets Armolighten, the wounded woman is in serious condition in the Kaunas hospital.

The headman also said that the person who arranged all this was previously convicted of sexual violence against his daughters and he was forbidden to approach his family members and communicate with them. The man lived with his mother in the city of Yonava 32 km northeast of Kaunas.

His daughter, along with the roommate, came home in Karmelava and found her father with a gun in her hand, a conflict broke out between them. Now the couple intends to leave Karmelava, according to the publication.
