The elderly residents of the cooperative house on Krivoy Street in Yaroslavl received housing and communal services for April with a new line that very surprised them - "non -participation on the Saturday", on the contrary of which there was an amount of accrual of 500 rubles, writes "Russian newspaper" .

“The residents of this house came to me: a 77 -year -old man struggled to the second floor, and his wife did not leave the house anymore. And now they had to participate in a common subbotnik and were fined for not going to,” the deputy of the Yaroslavl municipality shared with the publication, to whom the pensioners complained about what happened. “Both visitors are veterans of labor. Just a flagrant case,” he emphasized.

According to 80-year-old Margarita Ryabova, all pensioners who did not participate in the cleaning of the local area received an additive to the bills for utilities. “They accrued everyone who did not participate. I myself, although I am 80 years old, personally went to the subbotnik, because I know that otherwise 500 rubles will be held from me, and this is a lot of money for me,” the woman said.

According to Ryabova, there was no general meeting of residents on the issue of participation or non-participation in the Saturday and the chairman of the Friendship-2 ZhSK decided everything alone.

Among the fined - a 76 -year -old resident of the house, a former prisoner of a concentration camp and a veteran, she hardly moves around the apartment.

However, the leadership of the housing cooperative does not understand that the reprehensible can be in fines for non -participation in the subbotnik. According to the chairman of Friendship-2, Irina Stupina, there was a general meeting, but in 2014 many forgot about it. It was made on the fines. “We serve ourselves. Therefore, we must not only get in apartments, but also in the territory near the house. And the people think that some uncle will come and get. He who does not want to do this, let them pay - we will hire people for these purposes,” Stupina explained.

Residents over 70 years old, according to the chairman, were not charged fines, and their sophisticated is a pure accident. Stupina said that she lives in the house recently and could not know the age of all residents. She promised that everyone who is older than 70 would recalculate.

Meanwhile, the deputy request has already been sent to the prosecutor’s office, and the residents are outraged not only by fines, but also by the fact that they are unknown to the purpose of expenditure of funds. The audit commission cannot receive permits for checking house accounting, and the tariff for maintaining and repairing housing has already reached 21.94 rubles per square meter in the house. At the same time, the item "Content and repair of housing", among other things, includes cleaning the house territory.

The prosecutor's office of the Yaroslavl region has already begun to check this situation, Interfax reports.

By absurdity, the accrual of fines by 80-year-old labor veterans can be compared with the situation that occurred in the city of Bratsk Irkutsk Region in the fall of 2016. There, residents of one of the new buildings since September began to receive housing and communal services accounts with significantly increased amounts. It turned out that the new accounts were issued on the basis of the protocol of the general meeting allegedly held by the new secretary and chairman on August 23. That's just the chairman could not hold the meeting that day, as she died a month before him.
