Activist Vsevolod Ochinsky , who was detained on May 17 during a meeting between the prefect of the North-Western District of Moscow and residents of the city, was released from the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki police department, where he spent that night awaiting trial.

On May 18, the Khoroshevsky District Court returned the case materials back to the police for revision. This was reported to OVD-Info by human rights activist Alla Frolova.
