Three truck drivers in Khimki were fined and released

Three of the eleven detained truck drivers were taken to court on the evening of May 22. Nikolay Manko, Maxim Arzhanykh and Yuriy Bukanov were each fined 500 rubles under Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code and 10,000 rubles under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Administrative Code, the court applied the minimum measure to them.

The remaining detaineesremain in police custody awaiting trial.
