The Tverskoy court fined a woman detained on March 26 10 thousand rubles

Judge of the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow Alexei Stekliyev found Turana Varzhabetyan, a participant in the anti-corruption rally on March 26, guilty of an offense under Part 5 of Article 20.2 (Violation by a participant in a public event of the established procedure for holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, procession or picketing). This was reported to OVD-Info by Memorial HRC lawyer Denis Shedov.

Varzhabetyan was fined 10 thousand rubles. Her interests in court were represented by the lawyer of the Public Verdict Foundation Alexei Laptev.

During the arrest on March 26, Varzhabetyan dislocated his shoulder. There were a number of inconsistencies in the case file: in particular, a different surname was indicated in the offense report.
