Last week, the defendant of this case Yuri Kuli, who was arrested on the denunciation of the activist SERB and fully pleaded guilty, was convicted in a special manner by 8 months of a colony settlement under part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the application of irrepressible violence to a government representative).
The Zimovtsu was charged with the same article, the sanction of which is up to five years in the colony.
