Forensic psychiatric examination in the case of the former policeman Ruslan Nurtdinov, who arranged a race at the Kazan airport, discovered signs of a mental disorder, the Real Time reports .
As noted, Nurtdinov, speaking by video communication at a meeting to appeal to the extension of the arrest in the Supreme Court of Tatarstan, demanded to announce the results of the examination. On March 22, experts came to the conclusion that the accused has "signs of a chronic mental disorder", he could not "realize the nature of his actions and lead them."
Specialists came to the conclusion that a former policeman needs treatment in a psychiatric hospital.
His lawyer Adele Kamaletdinov, in a conversation with the Mediazona, noted that the examination was carried out by the appointment of the investigator. The arrest of Nurtdinov was extended until June 22.
According to “Real Time”, the investigation of the criminal case is “already actually completed”. “Instead of a criminal case with an indictment, a prosecutor’s decision on the application of coercive measures of a medical nature should be sent to the court. And only from the moment the court agrees with this, a private detective with a police past will be considered temporarily incompetent.
The former policeman on the evening of December 21, rammed the barrier, drove into the territory of the Kazan Airport terminal and drove along it until he crashed into a pillar. The man was detained, drugs were found in the car, but their number was not enough to initiate a criminal case.
The criminal case was instituted under the articles of intentionally damage to other people's property and the use of violence that is not dangerous to life and health (167 of the Criminal Code and 318 of the Criminal Code). Nurtdinov himself gone, initially claimed that he was traveling to meet the girl and “fought for love”, but investigators insist that this story can be considered “far -fetched”.
