He is currently under house arrest.

Igor Pushkarev was charged with receiving a bribe on an especially large scale, abuse of authority and commercial bribery, Andrei Pushkarev - in the giving bribes and commercial bribery. Lushnikov is accused of receiving from Pushkarev commercial bribery, abuse of powers, as well as in the use of a knowingly forgery document.

On March 9, the Moscow Basmanny Court granted the application of the investigation and temporarily removed Pushkarev from the post of head of the city of Vladivostok. The appeal instance upheld the decision.
