
The press service of the International Hockey Federation (IIHF) published groups of groups for the next world championship, which from May 4 to 20, 2018 will accept the Danish cities of Copenhagen and Herning.
At the group stage, the Russian national team’s tournament will compete with Sweden, the Czech Republic, Belarus, Switzerland, Slovakia, France and Austria.
Group A matches, in which domestic hockey players fell, will be held on the "Royal Arena" in Copenhagen, accommodating 12.5 thousand spectators.
Canada, Finland, the USA, Germany, Norway, Latvia, Denmark and the debutant of the World Cup, got into the group in the group in the group. These teams will identify the strongest in the garbage in the Yusk-Bank-Boxen Ice Arena, accommodating 11 thousand spectators.
The groups were compiled on the basis of an updated IIHF rating, in which the Russian team retained the second place.
