Four truckers were brought to the Khimki City Court

The four truck drivers detained on May 21 were brought to the Khimki City Court. This was reported by the coordinator of legal assistance at OVD-Info, Alla Frolova.

Sergei Ponezha, Alexey Borisov, Igor Finkovsky and Igor Sharapov were brought to court. Borisov, Finkovsky and Sharapov were brought into the hall; the meeting had not yet begun.

On May 21 in Khimki, several people were detained at a truckers’ protest parking lot. They were taken to the police and reports were drawn up against them under Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to a lawful demand of a police officer) and Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the order of a public event), and thenleft at the police department until the trial. On May 22, three of them were fined and released from court.
