
The Khimkinsky City Court fined the leader of the association of Russian carriers Andrei Bazhutin for 30 thousand rubles. He was accused under part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (organization or a public event without submitting a notification in the prescribed manner). This was reported to the OTD-Info by human rights activist Alla Frolova.
In addition, the court fined Sergei Ponezh for 500 rubles under Art. 19.3 Administrative Code (disobedience to the legal request of the policeman) and for 10,000 rubles under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 Administrative Code (violation by the participant of the public event of the established procedure for holding the meeting)
On May 21, several people were detained in Khimki at the protest parking lot of truckers. They were taken to the police and drew up protocols on them under Art. 19.3 Code of Administrative Offenses and part 5 of Art. 20.2 Administrative Code, after whichthey left the police in the police department. On May 22, three of them were fined and released from the court. On May 23, three more were fined .
