Truck drivers Alexey Borisov, Igor Finkovsky and Igor Sharapov were fined 500 rubles under Art. 19.3 of the Administrative Code and for 10,000 rubles under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of each. This was reported by the coordinator of legal assistance at OVD-Info, Alla Frolova.
Also in court is Sergei Ponezha, who was brought from the police department along with Borisov, Finkovsky and Sharapov. Four more remain in the police department.
On May 21 in Khimki, several people were detained at a truckers’ protest parking lot. They were taken to the police and reports were drawn up against them under Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to a lawful demand of a police officer) and Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the order of a public event), and thenleft at the police department until the trial. On May 22, three of them were fined and released from court.
