20 truck drivers were detained on the Moscow Ring Road

At the parking lot of protesting truckers on the 51st kilometer of the Moscow Ring Road, 20 people were detained.

According to OVD-Info, the drivers were pulled out of the cabs by armed fighters of the National Guard.

At the time of the arrest, the truckers did not carry out any actions, however, the police pulled out protest posters from the cars and hung them on the cars to stage a picket, the newspaper reports.

According to Dozhd , the detainees were taken to the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye police station.

Truckers traffic coordinator Andrey Bazhutin told the TV channel that drivers had been gathering in the parking lot since the beginning of the week in anticipation of a new protest. The police arrived there when 20 cars had gathered there.
