Truckers detained on the Moscow Ring Road
In Moscow, in the area of 51 km of the Moscow Ring Road, truckers protesting against the Platon system were detained in the parking lot. Sergey Rudametkin, the head of the Moscow branch of the Association of Carriers of Russia, reported this to the OVD-Info hotline.
