Activist and cameraman Andrei Orel was detained in the Kolomenskoye park for filming video, taken to the department and released without drawing up a protocol on an administrative offense. Orel told OVD-Info about this by phone.
According to him, he came to Kolomenskoye in order to remove violators of traffic rules who go around the traffic jam through the park. When Orel began filming one of the entrances to the park, two people in camouflage uniforms approached him, introducing themselves as employees of the National Guard. They told the operator that it was impossible to shoot here, as the territory was specially protected. The eagle offered to call the police, which they did. The arriving police officers took the activist to the police station, where a guardsman later appeared, who wrote a certain statement against Orel - the text was not shown to the activist.
In the police, Orel was interviewed by a member of the criminal investigation department, who explained that due to the fact that the place where the activist filmed is especially guarded, all suspicious people seen there are punched through the base. After, at the request of Orel, the police drew up a report on the delivery, he was released from the police department.
