According to the law of diplomatic representatives of Russia in foreign states and international organizations, the president is appointed after consultations with the State Duma committees and the US Council.
On Thursday, the relevant State Duma Committee approved the candidacy of Nebenzi. The meeting in the Council of Council should be held on May 29.
Nebenza is 55 years old, he was born in the family of the second secretary of the Volgograd regional committee of the CPSU Alexei Neoenzi, who later held the post of deputy chairman of the State Committee of Middle of the USSR. In 1983 he graduated from MGIMO. In 1988-1990 - the attache of the Embassy of the USSR in Thailand, then he held positions in various departments and departments of the USSR Foreign Ministry - Russia. In 1996-2000, he worked at a medical certificate at the UN Advisor and senior adviser. In 2006-2011, he was the political chairman at the WTO, in 2011-2012-the Zaporost Moscow, at the UN branch and other international organizations in Geneva. The post of deputy minister has been holding since June 2013.
