The justice of the judicial section No. 65 of Krasnoyarsk terminated the administrative case against the candidate of cultural studies Irina Kudinova in connection with the lack of an offense in her actions. This was reported to the "Franes" by lawyer Vladimir Vasin, who collaborates with the Human Rights Group "Agora".

In April, the prosecutor's office discovered the image of Easter Easter cake and eggs published by Kudinova on the VKontakte social network, which was regarded as a phallic symbol. In relation to Kudinova, the case was opened under Part 2 of Article 5.26 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (intentional public desecration of religious veneration, a fine of 30 to 50 thousand rubles or mandatory work for up to one hundred and twenty hours). The victims were the priest of the temple of the Archangel Michael and his parishioners. According to them, the image offended their feelings of believers.

Kudinova herself noted that in the post it was about corruption as part of the placement of art objects in Moscow in 2016. “If you go through a hyperlink, you can see the numbers (189 333 690 rubles) and the description above that does not correspond to the placed picture,” Kudinova said. “There is no verbal desecration of the Russian Orthodox Church or Christianity in the post and could not be.”

On April 14, the host of the Rain television channel Pavel Lobkov was fined 500 rubles for a photo shoot in the center of Moscow at the installation symbolizing Easter egg.
