The court fined the coordinator of the "Spring" movement for promoting ISIS

In Cheboksary, the federal coordinator of the Spring movement, Open Russia activist and coordinator of Navalny’s headquarters, Semyon Kochkin, was fined 1,500 rubles by a court for reposting The Daily Show’s video “How Chechen girls cheated ISIS fighters,” on which the ISIS flag appears for a few seconds ( terrorist organization banned in Russia). The court found Kochkin guilty of publicly displaying the paraphernalia or symbols of extremist organizations (Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), reposted on Vkontakte in August 2015.
