Test: truth and myths of the NOS Award

In 2013, the prize was awarded to the poet Lev Rubinstein, but for a collection of journalism. In the same year, another poet, Sergei Gandlevsky, made it onto the NOS shortlist with his memoir book “The Thoughtless Past.” So, poetry does not participate in the prize, but poets do so easily.
