The Volzhsky District Court of Saratov fined the nationalist Yevgeny Pekshev, a participant in the action on March 26, for 10,000 rubles. He was accused of violation of Part 5 of Art. 20.2 Administrative Code (violation by the participant of the public event of the established procedure for holding the meeting). This was reported by the agency "Free News. Freenews-Volga ".
The agency, with reference to law enforcement agencies, claims that Pakshev was fined for the fact that during a rally in Saratov he waved a Russian flag on stage.
In addition, the publication gives the nationalist’s words that he did not know that the rally was inconsistent, since "police officers did not make comments, but, on the contrary, contributed in every possible way to conduct it."
Earlier, the Saratov administration refused to coordinate five anti -corruption shares at once, which the organizers planned to hold on March 26. Already on March 27, the courtarrested two participants in the rally for four days of each, and the coordinator of the local headquarters Alexei Navalny Elnur Bayramov was sentenced to five days of arrest.
