In the rally adopted at the rally, protesters demanded to withdraw the draft general plan of the city and return the 50 million rubles spent on it to the budget, as well as develop a new project of the general plan together with local architects. Another requirement is to oblige the Sevastopol government to withdraw claims filed for the seizure of land from citizens. The resolution also expresses distrust of the city government, the legislative assembly and the courts.
“Today, there are about 10 thousand claims from the city government in the courts with the aim of picking up our land.” Lenur Usmanov said in one of the organizers of the action. “I would like to recall that in 2014, when Crimea was part of the Russian Federation, the government of the government Dmitry Medvedev said: no resident of the peninsula should lose anything, the authorities should only acquire their promises.”
On the eve of the rally of Acting Governor Sevastopol, Dmitry Ovsyannikov called on the townspeople not to go to the action. "Those who are trying to draw you into a political show today work against Sevastopol, against the interests of the Sevastopol residents. Their goal is to satisfy personal selfish interests and ambitions, including political ones," he said.
