Criminal cases on the events of March 26 with a phenomenal speed have already been transferred to the courts, there are already the first three sentences. In the news feed of large media there was no information about the rally against corruption, so I did not know in advance about the place and time. I learned about him by chance through a small news channel when the rally has already begun. I turned on the broadcast in real time on YouTube and just looked. And everywhere there was a completely acceptable picture - people come out with the declared purpose, do not arrange riots, the police are not very nightmaris of the protesters. I looked until the detention of Navalny and 30–40 minutes after. I wanted to make sure that after the detention the crowd would not suit the riots. I looked until the moment Pazik with Navalny, with the help of riot police and the Rosgvardia, safely broke the resistance of the crowd and left for the department, and Alexei himself called for an attempt to free him. It seemed that everything was almost decent and correct - it is possible, without fear of their health and safety, to support the protesters, to express their attitude to corruption and the inaction of the Russian prosecutor's office.

The plan was like this - to go from the Tverskaya metro to the "Okhotny Range" and vice versa, do not shout down slogans and not perform provocative actions, maintain order, but at the same time prevent violation of their own rights. But despite this, the next 15 nights, my bed was somewhat tougher than usual, the phone, the Internet, music and shower became a luxury, and violations by law enforcement agencies and the judicial system turned into everyday life.

I will immediately answer the two most popular questions. Question one (absolutely absurd) - "Why did you go beyond Navalny?" The answer - I went to the rally against corruption in the authorities, my demand, as well as the requirement of other participants - initiation of the investigation of information about corruption schemes from the FBK film "He is not Dimon". The second question is (very sensible) - “Why did you come to Tverskaya, because the authorities did not agree on this place by offering the Sokolniki park?” Answer - the organizer of the rally announced that the authorities have proposed an alternative venue after 10 days after receiving an application for a rally, which is a violation of the maximum permissible deadline (according to the law, an alternative venue for a rally should be proposed no later than three days). Here, a sense of justice and desire, paradoxically, worked, to protect the law (he prescribes in this case to consider the place that was requested by the organizers) - that is why I went to Tverskaya, and not to Sokolniki.

In general, the walk was almost successful - I walked in a dense human stream, photographed the cordons of the police, riot police and a helicopter. I heard a conversation of random passers -by:

- What did that foreigner ask you?

- He asked what we were rally against.

- What did you answer?

- that we were forbidden to have more than one bear for a family.

I had to go about 500 meters to end up in the subway and go home, but then the police put a fat cross on my plans - they blocked Tverskaya Street. The most logical was to make their ways with yards on a passionate boulevard in order to enter the metro at the Chekhovskaya station. He walked a little along Kozitsky Lane, ducked into the yards and went through Arochka on a passionate boulevard. The saving metro is now 80 meters to the right of me, but in the right I see the back of the police on the right - they are crowding the crowd, and I do not want to be among these people at all. I just want to wait until the ranks of the police move further and I will open access to the subway. A minute later, law enforcement agencies come up to me, begin to push, try to talk.

- Stop pushing me. Imagine and explain what you need?

- Go ahead. Do you not understand?

- I want to stay here. Imagine who you are. Am I detained?

A miracle happened - they lagged behind me. But for a short while, the riot police approached - they no longer said, they simply pushed silently until they sprinkled the police to the people who were pushed through the cordon.

There they were waiting for dumps with batons, the usual demands to go forward, silence in response to the demand to introduce myself. They began to hide their faces from the phone’s camera. You feel like a kind of lamb - in front of the herd (people), behind the shepherd (security forces), who demand to go forward and poke into you batons. From time to time, detention took place-I did not see the moments of detention, I only saw that people were taken from somewhere from the depths of the crowd and escorted to the autozaki. At some point, at some point, a marginal friend of about 60 years with a glass of beer was discharged-he came out in front of the police and shouted “Putin-pedophile! Death to Putin Putin, ”riot police worked clearly - after a few seconds he was thrown and carried away to a car zak. I have not seen any other shouts and provocative actions. Yes, they could not be, the main contingent is young people of an intelligent appearance, without alcoholic drinks, posters and other things.

At some point, the demand for a megaphone was made from the roadway to the sidewalk-I, like the majority, fulfilled this requirement. Immediately, a significant accumulation of people formed on the sidewalk, then riot police surrounded me, they began to push, the elder answered my demand “I wanted to go to the autozak?”, I answered “no”, he gave the order to detain. I said that I would get to the auto -zak on my own, and I did not start twisting my hands, they simply accompanied, holding the sleeve of the coat. Near Autosak, OMON handed me to the police, all this time no one had introduced me and did not call the reasons for my detention. There were two in the back of the car: a guy of 20–22 years old and the same marginal - he already fell asleep, stretched out on the bench. After 10–20 minutes, we had another guy of about 20 years old. In this composition, we went to the Krasnoselsky Ministry of Internal Affairs.

We delivered us by seven in the evening, then they kept for about an hour in a car carrier in front of the entrance. This time we spent, explaining to the police what people who came to Tverskaya wanted. Our entire long conversation can be reduced to the next remarks:

- And why did you go out? Anyone will steal anyone who has power, you can’t do anything here.

- You need to change the system: make the absolute power not concentrated in one hand so that there is a system of retrains and counterweights, so that the power is replaced.

Then we were brought inside. And here I would like to thank the legal support that the ATS-Info provided us with the legal support. We learned from them about our right to abandon dactyloscopy and photographing, learned that it was better to write in the protocols, and later received lawyers. We were sitting in the room with the police from Avtosak, talked with them about everything that happened. At some point I asked:

- Will you write a report?

- Yes.

“But riot police detained me, and not you ... at least write what I did not, will you not become?”

- We will not become.

They did not even become, writing in reports the wording "did not provide resistance during detention." Instead, this was done by an OMVD employee. He drew up the protocol “under the carbon car”, ignoring the reports of employees who, although they did not detain, were in the area of ​​the detention and theoretically could see everything. As a result, in the protocol, which was to be drawn up on the basis of reports, the wording appeared “actively resisted during detention, broke up”, and also “shouted slogans”, although there was not a word about it in the reports. To explain the reason for the detention and familiarize themselves with the case only after midnight. Then they promised a fast court in the morning and kindly offered to follow the monkey.

Monkey is such a camera in which there are only structures from boards from the furniture similar to boxes - it is you who are sleeping on them. And not when you want, but only at night - during the day the mattress is taken from you and sleeping on hard boxes becomes problematic. The next day there was no court. Friends and activists brought us at least seven packets with products, but the duty officer gave out only a small part of everything - it was enough to satisfy hunger. According to the duty officer, everything else was placed in the refrigerator and will be given out “later”. Yeah, they believed ... The day flew by playing Danetki and other verbal games. The next morning, sending to court began.

Separately, I want to mention the delivery process. Early in the morning they wake us up and send us, simultaneously outraged by the request to visit the restroom and give out packages of food. Well, okay - we are already used to the role of disenfranchised hamsters ...

- What about our products?

- What other products? There is nothing on you.

- We were told that they put packages with food in the refrigerator, return them to us.

- We don’t have a refrigerator here, get ready faster.

At the trial I had two defenders. Many processes have already passed before me, and we knew that they would most likely give 10 days of administrative arrest. Nevertheless, we were optimistic: we relied on a positive characteristic from work, the presence of violations by employees during detention, obvious contradictions in reports and protocols. But they gave me not standard 10, but 15 days - the highest possible period for this article. Perhaps it was the presence of not one, but at once the two defenders played its fatal role - there was nothing to impudent so.

Further - delivery to the department and sending to special reception No. 1 - it was there that I had to conduct the remaining term of arrest. On the way, google pictures and description of our new “house”: it looks good, exactly better than a monkey. Right before the arrival in the special receiver, he was visited by Fedotov Mikhail Alexandrovich (adviser to the President of the Russian Federation for Human Rights). When he went out, they just accepted me - it was clear that this person was respected by the employees of the special receiver. After his departure, the employees behave politely - here it is the same system of costs and counterweights on a living example ... They talked a little with the employees:

- Well, what kind of Navalny did you go out?

- I'm not for Navalny, I don't like corruption. It is necessary to fight her, it is still necessary that your colleagues do not lie in the protocols, as it was this time.

- Well, do not do anything about it, understand. Firing, or something, everyone? To dissolve the police?

- No, of course, where to go, if you dissolve ...

-That's it and it-you all start it, but you don’t even think about us ...

The camera or “hut” is designed for 14 people: it contains seven bunk beds, washbasin, toilet, general nightstand. Eight pairs of curious eyes met me, surrounded me, they were silent - it became a little uneasy. But in reality, everyone was kindly tuned in, they helped me settle down - I chose the upper bunk over the good -natured Dagestan Gaji. Among the local inhabitants was one person allegedly from the FBK team. In fact, it was a soundman, whom the FBK was simply taken under a contract for the duration of YouTube broadcasts of the action. He was seized in the office of the FBK along with the permanent employees of the fund. When it was already after midnight, they began to start other “political” in the cell one after another. We met, shared the stories of detention, court, news.

With the onset of morning, life flowed in its turn: we delved into the camp schedule, talked, played intellectual games (verbal, checkers, chess, erudite), joked. There was 2 tolerant food in the special receiver, the employees behaved quite correctly, they drove to call (15 minutes a day is assigned to calls). A significant disadvantage of the camera was the lack of working ventilation, in view of which non -smoker prisoners were subjected to a 24 -hour tobacco attack. I especially want to thank activists and friends who brought products, clothes, books, games, cards with words of support, charging and batteries for mobile phones. I managed to read the “one -story America” Pozner, the “spark of life” of Remarque, the “zone” of Dovlatov and began to read the “amendment 22” Heller.

During the imprisonment, almost everyone filed an appeal to a higher court, but it was the same farce as the previous trial. I was lucky a little more than the rest: I went to the court chained in handcuffs and not in the car, but in a police form with a miletic. I say this without the slightest sarcasm, since my delivery to the court and back went phenomenally quickly. Already in the special receiver, after the appeal, on the way to the camera I join the conversation with the police officer.

The rest of the days in the special reception passed quite monotonously, the atmosphere was like a teenage camp - we even had counselors (overseers). From the fun moments, the vulgar jokes of Nikolai were remembered (he fell into a special receiver for being in a state of intoxication, resistance during the detention) and the moment when we were turned on the radio, and the song of Edward the Surrene was heard from the dynamics. "We are sitting without Dim.

The situation changed when almost all the “political” were released, and I could leave for another 5 days. After that, ordinary prisoners were populated into the camera: who for driving without rights or intoxicated, some for drugs, some for theft. For more than 10 days, none of them had. There were previously convicted persons among them, including murders and theft. The topics of the conversations were replaced, of course, but the atmosphere in our cell remained friendly. A couple of days before the release, I was either a joke, or seriously offered to become a “watching hut” - I kindly refused, citing a quick liberation and that we have nothing to build an atmosphere of the real zone here.

The most upsetting is: the fact that the people endowed with power massively “cut the corners” during the performance make their subordinates go against conscience and oath. What is glad: new acquaintances, interesting thoughts, read books, the opportunity to talk with ordinary cops, hear their thoughts. What would you like: not at all “blood”, showdowns and punishments, but painstaking and effective work on the errors of the system.
