In Kaliningrad, the court arrested the ex-leader of the “Baltic Vanguard of Russian Resistance” Orshulevich

The Central District Court of Kaliningrad arrested until July 27 the former leader of the Baltic Vanguard of Russian Resistance, Alexander Orshulevich, on charges of organizing an extremist community, Klops.Ru reports .

At the meeting, Orshulevich said that the search at his home was carried out with violations. He claims that at this time they planted stencils with spray paint on him, after which he was detained and allegedly tortured.

Orshulevich was detained at about seven o'clock in the morning on May 27. As his wife Wanda told Mediazona, during the search a plastic bag was placed over Orshulevich’s head.

According to her, law enforcement officers seized the equipment during the search. The nationalist’s wife also claims that they were given paint cans, stencils with “extremist statements” and a telephone.

Orshulevich is suspected under Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code (organization of an extremist community). On May 29, a trial will take place to select a preventive measure. The nationalist’s wife added that he was not allowed to contact his lawyer.

“Baltic Vanguard of Russian Resistance” is an unregistered organization, but the prosecutor’s office is trying to get it registered as a political one. At the request of the prosecutor's office, Orshulevich resigned as leader of the organization. Judging by his page on VKontakte, he adheres to monarchist views and advocates renaming Kaliningrad to Koenigsberg.

The BARS website, blocked by Roskomnadzor, is called Zarenreich (“Russian Kingdom”), the organization’s community on VKontakte is also blocked.
