On May 29, Nikolai Bondarenko, a participant in an anti-corruption rally in Saratov on March 26, was charged with an administrative protocol. This is reported by the news agency Svobodnye Novosti.
Bondarenko is charged with Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Violation by a participant in a public event of the established procedure for holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, procession or picketing). According to the police, he "took an active part in a public event in the form of a picket of citizens on Saratov's Theater Square", which was held without the consent of the authorities.
“During a public event, citizen Bondarenko N.N. was on the stage installed on the Theater Square in Saratov and chanted: “Shame!”, “We are together”, “We are strong” and applauded, ”the protocol says.
