"I am considering Vladimir Putin, who has split Ukraine, a sovereign state that puts pressure on the Baltic countries, I consider Russians as the biggest problem that we have," the senator noted.

According to McCain, the US Congress after parliamentary holidays should consider the issue of tightening sanctions against Russia.
