The Sevastopol House of the Elderly demands from the 90-year-old war veteran Anna Vasilievna Palashova to pay the institution 34,841 rubles 67 kopecks, otherwise threatening with eviction. The specified amount is the debt of a veteran for living in a boarding house.

“Under Ukraine, people paid for the maintenance of 75% of the pension in the nursing home,” explains the director of the boarding house Yana Gangchev. - After the transition of Crimea to Russia, the legislation changed: 75% of any income of our customers, except for one -time payments, should come to the institution through the Pension Fund. In 2015, we counted the income of Anna Vasilievna: a pension, veteran and so on - and calculated the amount that we will transfer to the Pension Fund for it. It turned out about seventeen thousand rubles. In 2017, we saw that instead of seventeen thousand we get fifteen thousand. That is, every month within two years, the boarding school did not receive the money that he should receive by law.

On May 3, 2017, Yana Gangcheva wrote to Anna Vasilievna a letter on the official form of the nursing home: “In violation of the subparagraph“ G ”of clause 9 of the contract for the provision of social services, you have arrears of payment, which, as of 05/01/2017, is 34,841 rubles 67 kopecks <...> in the case of violation by the recipient of social services stipulated by the Social Agreement on the Social The maintenance, the provision of social services is terminated with subsequent eviction from the boarding house and withdrawal from registration. ”

- We have no desire or intention to evict Anna Vasilievna. But the debt is a duty, and the law is the law, ”explains Yana Gancheva. -Tomorrow there will be some check in the boarding school, and the lack of funds will be found. And I will answer.

Anna Vasilievna herself says that she was told directly about eviction: “The accountant said that you need to either pay or write out from a boarding school. I do not argue: I have to give money. But why were they silent for two years, and now, when the amount exceeded thirty thousand, they woke up? They saw that the pension fund does not transfer to them the entire amount ... "

The New Gazeta phoned the Pension Fund for Sevastopol. PFR press secretary Victoria Piskunova first reported that she first hears about the current situation. Then, having clarified the information, she called back herself:

“The Pension Fund holds all payments for Anna Vasilievna on time and in full,” she said. - The leadership of the nursing home believes that the boarding school, among other things, should receive 75% of the monthly cash payment to Anna Vasilievna as a veteran of the Great Patriotic War. But in order for the FIU to transfer this money to the boarding school, we need a statement from the veteran. Without her personal statement, we cannot give her money to third parties.

While the pension fund and the nursing home decide who is to blame for the debt formed, Anna Vasilievna herself does not know how to get out of her.

“I don’t have 34 thousand rubles,” she says. - The pension is about 30 [thousand], but the boarding school takes most of them. We must pay from the remainder that I get in my arms, but there is also a penny - I will not pay for two or two in a year. And no one will stand me with a duty.

During the war years, Anna Palashova was a locksmith in the Black Sea Fleet. From 1942 to 1945 she served in the workshop for the manufacture of shells. He reluctantly recalls the war.

- They worked day and night, made shells, and then they themselves were loaded and sent to the front. The shells were heavy, and we were 14 years old, and we lifted them. Now there is no health. No longer walking.

The case of Anna Vasilievna, unfortunately, is not the only one when a veteran in Russia not only does not receive proper attention, but also finds himself on the verge of trouble. So in Stavropol there is now a trial: the local diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church demands to deprive the veteran of the war Raisu Fomenko. The lawsuit is motivated by the fact that Fomenko lives in a house, which before the revolution entered the ensemble of the John-Mariinsky Convent. Instead of an apartment, the church invites the veteran to live in a cell.

In 2016, thanks to the assistance of officials of the Government of the Russian Federation and the State Duma deputy of Moiseev, Novaya Gazeta managed to take out a decent apartment of Ustin Kalutsky from an abandoned farm in the new Oskol farm. For more than 20 years, the authorities of the Belgorod region denied him in new housing. Unfortunately, in human conditions, Ustin Pavlovich lived only a year: he was gone on April 1, 2017.
