The Sovetsko-Gavansky court of the city of Sovetskaya Gavan, Khabarovsk Territory, today, May 30, considered the administrative case of Sergei Sokolyuk, who was detained on March 26 at a picket against corruption in Komsomolsk-on-Amur. Sergei Sokolyuk himself reported this to OVD-Info.
During the meeting, which took place in the absence of the participant in the action against corruption, the judge decided to fine him ten thousand rubles. According to the court, Sokolyuk violated the established procedure for holding a public event (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code).
According to OVD-Info, ten people were detained at a picket against corruption in Komsomolsk-on-Amur on March 26. In addition to Sergei Sokolyuk, it is known that Alexei Terekhin, Nikolai Andreevsky, Yegor Zamyatin and Dmitry Reznichenko were detained.
