Yandex launched an online consulting service with doctors

The Yandex company, as part of the YAC 2017 conference, presented the online consulting service with doctors. You can talk with a specialist in chat or by video communication.

Therapists and pediatricians work around the clock, the application is transmitted to the first released specialist. You can ask the doctor what to do for the prevention of colds or how to read the test results correctly. You can also send additional materials to the doctor - for example, a photo of rashes on the skin.

Consultations are paid: the first costs 99 rubles, the subsequent ones will cost 499 rubles. Money is written off after the user receives a report with recommendations.

In Yandex, he explained that the service cooperates with doctors from Moscow clinics, the average experience of doctors is 7 years. At the same time, the company emphasized that online consultation is not a medical service and it does not cancel the need to go to a doctor.
