The public movement "Arkhnadzor" asked the Moscow authorities to exclude about 320 houses from the renovation program, which represent historical and architectural value and do not belong to the period of "industrial housing." The application is published on the movement website.

The list compiled by Archnadzor includes several houses of pre-revolutionary construction, samples of constructivism and ar-deco, buildings of the Stalin era, as well as transitional from Stalin to the Khrushchev period. All these structures are copyright and do not belong to standard development.

In addition, the list includes buildings located on the territory of cultural heritage sites in protective or security zones of architectural monuments, where, according to the law, new construction is impossible or possible only as part of the regeneration of the environment of cultural heritage objects.

"The demolition of dozens of such buildings, not to mention new construction in their place, will cause irreparable damage to the historical and architectural environment of Moscow."

In February, Vladimir Putin instructed the mayor of Moscow Sobyanin to demolish all five -story buildings in Moscow, and in their place to build new houses. Over the next 20 years, it is planned to resettle about 7.9 thousand houses in Moscow, the total area of ​​which exceeds 25 million square meters. Up to 1.6 million Muscovites live in these buildings. Preliminary estimates of the cost of the program were called some deputies in the range of 3-3.5 trillion rubles.

On May 2, the Moscow government published a preliminary list of 4566 houses , which are included in the vote to participate in the housing fund renovation program.

The renovation program caused active protests of Muscovites. On May 14, in Moscow, a rally against the demolition of five -story buildings gathered more than 20 thousand participants (

PHOTO ). The demonstrators came with the posters "Home is inviolable! Article 25 of the Constitution", "Private property - the basis of law", "first housing to equity holders, then renovation." The authors of several different posters at once likened the renovation of deportation. Another part of the posters contained criticism of the authorities, in particular, Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin, and oligarchs. The calls of "Sobyanin resigned!" Sounded from the stage of the rally.

On Thursday, the State Duma handed over to Muscovites with a demand to abandon the Renovation Program of the Moscow Housing Fund. Under the document, 11 thousand people signed.
