The lessons in which schoolchildren talk about ways to protect against HIV was approved by regional ministries of education and healthcare. Compass employees spend 150 seminars per year.

On May 18, an examination appeared on the website of Roskomnadzor , which states that among schoolchildren such seminars cannot be conducted. The examination was carried out by the organization "Parental All -Russian Resistance" . This movement appeared in 2013 on the initiative of the politician Sergei Kurginyan , the most famous of his performance at the “anti-Orange” rally on Poklonnaya Gora in 2012. The site says that the “parental All -Russian resistance” opens against juvenile justice and “destructive reforms of education”. The movement was supported by Russian President Vladimir Putin. According to the law , within 15 days after receiving the examination, Roskomnadzor must make an order to eliminate violations. Does this mean that in Chelyabinsk, the HIV prevention will cease to hold seminars. The representative of Roskomnadzor Vadim Ampelonsky told Medusa that he did not understand the topic, and refused to comment on it. In 2013-2014, the group of parents already achieved that the compass was forbidden to work : then the parents complained about the distribution of condoms on the day of the deceased from AIDS to high school students.
