Children's Ombudsman proposed creating an alternative Internet content for children

Anna Kuznetsova, Commissioner for Child Rights in the Russian Federation, made an offer to create an alternative Internet content for children, Interfax reports.

“On the one hand, measures have been adopted, relevant laws were adopted and they were approved just the other day. But this is only part of the measures that are needed. The second part, of course, is alternative content, and this is what we are losing a little,” said Kuznetsova, speaking at the plenary session of the All -Russian Parent Forum in Ufa.

In her opinion, children need to provide information about creative values, sports, modern interests and "groups of people who may become an example."

“Here we are adults, we must find these mechanisms. Maybe here in the Republic (in Bashkiria. - Note Newsru.com ) such examples of programs, children's Internet projects, maybe, can be taught, which (...) will teach the culture of information choice,” Kuznetsova said.

Recall that in September last year, the head of UNFold Learning, the ex-director of Apple, William Rankin, announced the need to teach children to use gadgets not only for entertainment, but also for training. Speaking at the III International Conference on New Educational Technologies #edCrunch, Rankin noted that gadgets can harm children to the same extent as any other subject, and one of the main tasks is to teach children to effectively use devices in the educational process.
